Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Welcome to AnotherAgent. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnotherAgent platform, including the dashboard, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" means the AnotherAgent web application and backend APIs.
  • "You" / "User" means anyone who creates an account or accesses the Service.
  • "Content" means any data you create or upload, including AI agent configurations, conversations, memories, tools, and templates.
  • "API Key" means the secret credential issued to your account for authenticating with the Platform's backend.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Beta Service Disclaimer

AnotherAgent is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or data persistence. Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform.
  • Use AI agents created on the Platform to generate content that is harmful, abusive, deceptive, or that violates third-party rights.
  • Exceed the rate limits or credit allocations of your account tier.
  • Share, publish, or otherwise expose your API Key to unauthorized parties.
  • Resell access to the Service without prior written consent.

5. API Keys and Security

Upon account creation, an API Key is generated and stored in encrypted form. You are responsible for safeguarding your API Key. If you believe your key has been compromised, you must rotate it immediately via the Settings page. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your API Key.

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all Content you create on the Platform. By using the Service, you grant AnotherAgent a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your Content to train AI models.

We do not view, read, or manually access your Content. All data processing is performed by automated systems. Human access to your Content will only occur if you explicitly request support, or if strictly necessary to address a critical security incident or comply with a valid legal obligation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Credit System and Tiers

The Service offers account tiers (e.g., Free and Pro) with varying credit allocations. Credits are consumed when interacting with AI agents. Once your monthly credit allocation is exhausted, access to credit-consuming features may be limited until the next billing cycle. Tier details and pricing are subject to change.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality, including but not limited to:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management.
  • Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Large Language Model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) — AI inference.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. This triggers an immediate, irreversible cascade deletion of all your data — including your app, all AI agents, conversations, messages, memories, vector embeddings, tools, templates, and your Clerk authentication record. This action cannot be undone and no data can be recovered after deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnotherAgent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnotherAgent and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which AnotherAgent operates.
