By downloading or using AnotherPlay, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

AnotherPlay is a free, ad-supported collection of memory games (Blinking Dots, Pair Hunt, and Craft Rush). It can be played solo or as a local pass-and-play game with up to four players, and includes an optional global world-record leaderboard.

2. No Account Required

AnotherPlay does not require you to create an account. You are signed in anonymously, and a nickname is only used if you choose to submit a score to the leaderboard. There is no login, password, or email.

3. Leaderboard and User-Submitted Nicknames

If you submit a score, the nickname you choose is displayed publicly on the world-record leaderboard. You agree not to use a nickname that is offensive, unlawful, impersonates another person, or infringes any rights. We may remove or reset nicknames or scores that violate these Terms or that we believe were obtained through cheating or manipulation.

4. Advertising

AnotherPlay is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of those ads. Your use of the app is also subject to the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to cheat or manipulate scores, reverse-engineer or modify the app, disrupt its operation or servers, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

AnotherPlay, including its games, designs, artwork, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and leaderboards will always be available or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AnotherPlay.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, and may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
